The Fat Boy was made for adventurously savage anglers who wanted to sample the best of British Columbia on one fully hosted, completely guided BC fishing bonanza of a lifetime!  The Fat Boy is made up of three integral stages…

Stage #1:  Arrive in Vancouver, deluxe waterfront hotel accommodations and guided saltwater salmon fishing for chinook (king) salmon.

Stage #2:  Fly into BC’s north for guided steelhead fishing on wild rivers.  Then travel south into the BC interior for trophy lake fishing on private waters.

Stage #3:  Fish for massive sturgeon on the Fraser River and migrating salmon on Harrison River. Then, back to Vancouver, with a tummy full of BC’s best fishing.

We’ll be at the airport to pick you up for transport down to the Westin Bayshore Hotel, a premier hotel on Vancouver’s waterfront.

The day after your arrival our private Grady White charter boat will be waiting for you a mere 30 feet from the hotel. Jump aboard and get ready for some big chinook salmon fishing action. You’ll have two full days of guided salmon fishing in Vancouver and three nights of deluxe accommodations.

Once finished in Vancouver we’ll have a limo take you to the airport for a two hour flight to the northern community of Terrace, BC.  We’ll pick you up at the airport and get you ready for a few days of steelhead fishing.

You’re in Terrace, BC, home to the mighty Skeena River and a variety of other famous steelhead rivers.  Cruise with Todd Scharf, one of BC’s top steelhead guides, aboard a fully-equiped jetboat.

You’ll steelhead fish for four full-days and enjoy lodge accommodations at The Lodge at Skeena Landing.

After you’ll travel south for trophy private lake fishing.  You’ll board a Central Mountain Air flight from Terrace to Kamloops, BC where our trout specialist will pick you up for three days of private lake fishing on BC’s most famous trophy waters. While trout fishing you’ll stay at our private ranch house and a lakeside lodge.

We have you wrapping up this trip the right way, the only way, the Chromer big bite way.

At this point you’re going to think this trip couldn’t possibly get any better but save some strength because this trip ends on a crazy note!

You’ll spend two full-days of guided sturgeon fishing on the most remote canyon stretches of the Fraser River, the premier sturgeon fishery found anywhere in the world. You’ll be with Chromer’s top sturgeon guide as he navigates big water to put you on ancient beasts that can easily push the 8 foot mark.

After close to two weeks of wild British Columbia fishing the wheels come to a squeal and the trip comes to an end.  We’ll have you to the airport for an emotional farewell to one of the greatest fishing trips found anywhere in the world.
