Pricing Starts At: $1500 CDN per person. This price would be for two anglers, three days of fishing, three nights accommodation. Pricing is flexible as trips are customized for your budget and itinerary.

Dates: September to November.

What’s Included: Guided salmon fishing on the Squamish and/or Harrison rivers. Hotel accommodations. Some meals. Round trip transportation from Vancouver.

We wanted our salmon fishing trips to be easy for all to enjoy, that’s why we’ve created seamless travel plans for your fall salmon fishing trip in British Columbia.

Getting Started:  We’ll be at the airport to pick you up in our spacious new trucks. We’ll have the fishing equipment and fitted wading gear ready so you have nothing to worry about.

The Days:  Each day starts with a pickup at your hotel and transport to the river. Spend the day wading wild rivers and targeting fresh hard-pulling west coast salmon. You’ll have the pleasure of fishing with southern BC’s top guides and action this time of year is plenty!

The Nights:  Finish off the day with a  bite to eat and a cocktail, we’ll be there to take you out at the end of each day. You’ll rest your head at great places to stay as we’ve taken care of hotel arrangements.

As salmon move into coastal rivers during the late summer and fall months, Chromer Sport Fishing gears up for what is one of the most popular and sport fisheries in British Columbia!

Our fall salmon fishing focuses on chinook (king) salmon, chum salmon and coho (silver) salmon. Extremely healthy stocks of all these species migrate into the Squamish & Harrison rivers during the months of September, October and November. On an average day anglers can expect multiple hookups and big battles with these hard pulling fish.

We target bright clean fish (aka. chromers) on our guided trips. These are fresh fish, coming straight from the ocean. They’re more than willing to take a swung fly or conventional gear and are often only a few hours to a few days from being in saltwater, making them extremely hard fighting. We don’t offer trips to snag fish or target spawning fish, if you’re looking for that you can take your business elsewhere.

For our Fall Salmon Fishing packages we offer fishing on two of southern British Columbia’s most well known salmon rivers, the Squamish River and the Harrison River. Our packages are so flexible you can choose to fish one or both!

Squamish River:  The Squamish is a wild free flowing river about 45 minutes north of Vancouver. Fishing here is best from early October to mid November. The focus here is fly fishing for chum salmon and coho salmon. The Squamish has several smaller tributaries that we also guide on.  Guided trips on the Squamish are walk-n-wade.

Harrison River:  This is also a wild free flowing river but is located east of Vancouver, about 90 minutes. The Harrison has huge runs of chinook (king) salmon and all other species.  This is a great river for conventional gear anglers and fly anglers looking for lots of action.  Guided trips on the Harrison are done by jetboat.

While in Squamish:  You stay at the Howe Sound Inn, located near the harbour. Bright rooms face the famous Squamish Chief rock cliffs and a lively on-site brew pub serves fresh fare and cold pints.

While in Chilliwack:  When fishing the Harrison you’ll stay in the town of Chilliwack at the newly renovated Coast Hotel. This is by far the best option with full amenities, pool, spacious rooms and on-site lounge and restaurant.
