Each room within the chalets are spacious with either two queen size beds or one king size bed, private bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, telephone and Internet connection. All steelhead fishing packages include single rooms.

Dining and Amenities

The lodge's main lounge, dining room and bar are great places to talk steelhead fishing, relax over a cocktail and enjoy some of the wonderful cuisine the chefs are known for creating. Packages include all meals, consisting of buffet breakfasts, pack lunches and gourmet dinners. After a long day on the water relax in the hot tub or sauna, play a game of pool, enjoy a massage or just relax in the guest lounge. Although your days will be spent in the rugged wild of BC's steelhead country when back at the lodge, you'll be far from roughing it!

Helicopter Fishing

It's every steelhead anglers dream, to fly into a remote untouched stretch of water and cast the first fly through in hopes of that one big pull. Helicopter access to six different rivers makes this dream a reality on these trips. You will fish in groups of only two anglers with a guide and have the entire day to explore untouchable water. Fly through jagged peaks and huge glaciers, over dense old growth rainforest and river valleys to find the perfect steelheading spots. Inflatable rafts positioned on a number of rivers allow for float trips and the helicopters will be staying with the entire day of heli-fishing.

Heli-Steelhead Package Location

The Bell Irving River and Nass River are located about 1000 miles north of Vancouver in BC's remote and beautiful northern region. The Skeena Mountain Range provides a dramatic backdrop for this unique and incredibly remote location. This wild rugged area is home untouched rivers and some of the most prolific steelhead fishing in North America.

Plenty of Water to Fish

This steelhead lodge's location lends well to its guests having the opportunity to flyfish a variety of rivers. The Bell Irving River, the Upper Nass River, the Bear River, the Craig River, the Damdochax River and the Mezaidin River are all accessed by helicopter or jetboat by experienced steelhead guides. There are few, if any, steelhead fishing trips in the world where you will the opportunities to flyfish for wild steelhead on such variety of different rivers. Prime steelhead season starts when the fish move into the system in early September and continues through to late October.

Bell Irving River & Nass River Steelhead Fishing

The majority of steelhead fishing on these packages is done on the Bell Irving River, which is right at the lodge's doorstep, and on the Nass River. The Nass River is a steelhead angler's paradise with long sweeping runs and the chance at big fish. The Nass River is accessed only by helicopter and therefore has very limited fishing pressure with only two or three anglers daily. These remote world-class steelhead rivers provide a quality experience like no other and serious steelhead anglers regard this area to have some of the finest steelhead fishing found in the world.
